About the role
To support the growth of our team, we are looking for a Product Owner who is familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum) or motivated to learn and adopt them. The selected candidate will work closely with the R&D and Sales teams, interacting with internal and external stakeholders to understand and define their needs.
The ideal candidate has a natural understanding of users, a strong desire to study the market, competition, and future trends, and the ability to translate needs into concrete product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the Product Vision
- Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on value
- Write and maintain clear and understandable Product Backlog Items
- Maximize product value and team output
- Ensure continuous alignment with stakeholders and customers
- Accept or reject product increments
- Provide clarity on Sprint and product goals
- Support the team without interfering with self-organization
Requirements
- STEM degree or equivalent experience
- Strong value-based prioritization skills
- Clarity in defining requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on value measurement
- Understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles
- Proactive and flexible approach, able to operate in dynamic and evolving environments
- Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the robotics domain or hands-on experience in robotics (ROS, automation, HW/SW maintenance)
- Experience with Project Management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira)
- Specific training or certification as a Scrum Product Owner
